MOOD: A three-part animated visual trip exploring “The Infrathin” moments on some everyday moods; Enlightenment / Relax / Off.
A short film collaboration with pals smog.tv & davidzamorano.tv plus Sound Design by rocket-audio.com.
Part1: Enlightenment.
Finding the answer to something important around a total mess. It might be a moment of realisation, when suddenly everything is understood, it feels right, and perfectly connects. Not for too long though, as perhaps unavoidably, you will find yourself in a new mess, searching for a new answer, a path, meaning.
Part2: Relax.
Perhaps more rare and involuntary than what we might think of it. The exquisite moment when you experience that real relaxation. Sensing a pause. That first moment when you sit down and exhale after an endless walk, or those first milliseconds of refreshing yourself after being thirsty. A moment of contemplation, pleasantly feeling the connection with new brain wires, sensing that new satisfaction until it becomes normal again.
Part3: OFF.
That state of disconnection from reality, often tired, sleepy or not 100% conscious. You might hear strange or new sounds. Maybe from your body, maybe from your mind? You space out, enter another state without knowing, fall asleep but dream you are still awake. Sounds get distorted, voices sounding far and intelligible... Then you get slightly back to your senses, but if you are still tired or confused, you might fall back into this state again.

The #FerrariVisionGT, the first Ferrari concept car created specifically for the virtual motor sport world, has been unveiled. This model not only signifies an important step for Ferrari in the virtual environment, where it will inspire new generations of passionate drivers and enthusiasts, but also redefines the company’s stylistic language. It represents a futuristic design manifesto for Ferrari’s road and racing cars, providing a creative stimulus for both the engineers and drivers (real and virtual) of tomorrow.

What do you do when live action production comes to a halt during a pandemic and you lose all of your actors? Make your own!
What started as a topical satire about love and social distancing in the time of Covid-19 evolved into a much deeper exploration of the isolation, anxiety, and self doubt that many of us have been left to face while on lockdown.
For many, the wall of the pandemic is a window that has separated us from the ones we love and any sense of the normalcy we once took for granted. It's also a mirror held upon ourselves, forcing us in our time alone to reflect on our lives, actions, imperfections, demons, and overall mental health.
One cannot truly love the world and those closest to us without learning to love ourselves first.
The journey of Layla and Marcus is an homage to the first 599 days (and counting) of this journey towards self-acceptance.
Created using 3D-scanned actors and procedural-based effects to manifest and amplify each characters' inner emotions.

“Metaphysical” is an investigation on the structure of the essence.
It’s an attempt to represent in physical form the ultimate and absolute nature of reality, beyond its relative determinations.
It’s a place of primitive forms, that live beyond human experience (and of which human experience is only a mare copy), manifesting themselves in their purest and most ideal expression.
An Olympus of conceptual archetypes that determinate the first causes and the principles of things.

The structure of this film is built around a series of daily life episodes where the concept of absence is the main protagonist of the scene. The irreverence of throwing out shitty ideas in a context where people cannot avoid considering them, the lack of support, of personal care, or of psychological depth are the elements that are ironically and metaphorically represented in this sequence of episodes, where the title of each one creates a fil rouge with the next.

How close are we uploading our minds?
Investigate the possibility of scanning the human brain and uploading our minds and consciousness to a digital world.
Imagine a future where nobody dies— instead, our minds are uploaded to a digital world. There they could live on in a realistic, simulated environment with avatar bodies, calling in and contributing to the biological world. Mind-uploading has powerful appeal— but what would it actually take to scan a person’s brain and upload their mind?
